Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro put the recruits' palates to the test in a wild game called The Bagelorette. With blindfolds on and their hands restrained, the singles are tasked with tasting various flavored bagels served with cream cheese hanging in front of them. Next, the chefs prompt their teams to whip up indulgent breakfast sandwiches. During the Main Dish challenge, the recruits prepare fried chicken and slaw, and while some start to hit their stride in the kitchen, the one who struggles the most faces elimination.
