The recruits team up to tackle a series of food challenges inspired by first dates. Following the fun, the chefs guide their teams in crafting the perfect romantic meal: sushi. In the Main Dish challenge, the recruits dive into making fresh hand-pulled noodles paired with lobster and seafood broth.
