S01E21 Mended Fences
During Parents Week at Horizon, Scott and Shelby clash after a heated argument. Juliette nervously meets Auggie’s parents for the first time. Meanwhile, Shelby’s sister, Jess, runs away from home and shows up at the facility. Scott lies to his father, claiming his stepmother never abused him—though she did. Later, when Juliette tries to make herself throw up, she ends up in a conversation with Shelby, and the two unexpectedly start bonding. After Jess shares her painful story with Scott and Shelby, Scott finally begins to grasp the trauma Shelby endured.
