Officers observe a solitary individual crossing into the U.S. with oversized bags. Upon inspection, they discover containers of coffee, one of which hides a suspicious package believed to be narcotics. An x-ray scan of a flatbed trailer uncovers concealed bundles, but the officers face difficulties accessing them.
