In this gripping survival challenge, hosts Cody and Dave are marooned on a remote island off the coast of Nova Scotia during the harsh winter months, facing frigid temperatures. Undeterred by the cold and his partner's protests, Cody adheres to his indigenous survival methods, opting to remain barefoot, dressed only in shorts and wool socks. The duo's resources are limited to what they salvaged from their life raft: an emergency Mylar blanket, a plastic tarp, two knives, and a solitary rescue flare. They must cleverly utilize these tools and their survival skills to secure shelter, create a fire, and source food and water amid the sub-zero environment.
