S03E01 Gold Wheels

Wilson is tasked with showing the Mayor around town, but he accidentally leaves the passenger car behind. In a stroke of luck, Hoot and Toot receive a Gold Wheel for unexpectedly delivering a passenger car to Wilson. Gold Wheels are special awards given for going above and beyond without being asked. Eager to earn another Gold Wheel, Hoot and Toot attempt to master the various wagons on their own, but their efforts result in a chaotic disaster!
