Nicole removes the deteriorating wood and refreshes it with a coat that mirrors the mansion's original brick hue. To enhance the historic charm, she constructs new brick columns on the deck. Meanwhile, her son Ethan picks up some renovation skills, assisting her by replacing original beams and handling errands throughout the community.
