Lindsay is short on cash and unable to buy a birthday gift for Tommy, so Brian and Bobby decide to lend a hand by borrowing the school's video gear, allowing her to create a special video instead. At the same time, Brian's sister Katie and Tommy are developing feelings for one another, complicating matters further. As Lindsay and Tommy's relationship begins to fray, they find themselves facing the possibility of an impending breakup.
