Mark and Austin face a dilemma when a man, who has been stabbed several times, stubbornly declines medical assistance. Meanwhile, Jerry and Chase get caught up in a high-speed car pursuit, which escalates into a foot chase after an armed suspect leaps from the car and escapes into a nearby parking lot.
