S01E01 Honesty

While driving home from errands, Mary accidentally collides with a BMW, damaging its tail light. Encouraged by Rose, she leaves a note on the car. The next day, with no one having checked on it, Mary decides to take back her note. Just then, another car nearly crashes into the BMW but then speeds off. Before Mary can remove her note, the owner appears and discovers it. Sandra advises Mary to charm her way out of the repair costs, but Mary refuses. Instead, Sandra pretends to be Mary when the owner, Marvin, confronts them. The situation spirals when Lester returns home, but ultimately, they clear everything up, leading to a date for Sandra and a new friendship for the Jenkins. Meanwhile, Mary confides in Brenda that she can't go skating with Calvin because of her dishonesty.
