After realizing that their home is too chaotic for their 101 dogs, Roger and Anita decide to relocate to a farm. Meanwhile, Lucky, Cadpig, and Rolly long for their urban lifestyle and are set on making their way back to the city. In a twist, Cruella captures the pups at their former home and pressures Roger and Anita to surrender the farm to her.
