Two customs agents seek Quincy's assistance in dismantling a diamond smuggling operation. Their investigation took a deadly turn when a courier they were tracking was murdered by a bus at the airport. Since Quincy is heading to Las Vegas to judge a Miss Coroner Contest, they propose that he impersonate the deceased courier. His task involves delivering diamonds to a notorious mobster, a job Quincy is extremely reluctant to undertake!
