S04E04 Rumpole and the Judge's Elbow

Title: Rumpole and the Judge's Elbow Plot: Rumpole takes on the defense of a man accused of operating massage parlors as fronts for brothels, only to find his old colleague, Mr. Justice Featherstone, in a compromising situation. As Rumpole is tempted with the prospect of a judgeship, he receives hints to manage his current case with a bit more tact. Meanwhile, the insistent Heathstoke is determined to modernize number 3 Equity Court, aiming to push both Rumpole and Henry, the chambers clerk, out of the way.
