Mister Rogers arrives with a bucket and a rubber washer, but soon discovers that the washer is too big to fix his kitchen faucet. He calls Bob Trow for assistance and heads to Trow's workshop to find a better-fitting washer. At the workshop, Bob is busy mending a shovel with a broken handle. After finishing that job, he shows Mister Rogers an assortment of washers, and together they find the perfect size. Bob also showcases an antique water pump he recently restored, demonstrating its functionality to Mister Rogers.
