Clawdeen teams up with Catty Noir to host a "Get Out to Vote" concert, but their plans are jeopardized by a shapeshifter. Meanwhile, Clawdeen and Romulus find themselves trapped in an alternate dimension and must join forces to return to Monster High in time for the big event.
