Dick Richards, a heavyweight in the investment world, wants Gasoline Dog to launch his latest venture: a line of male enhancement pills. The crew has zero interest in the gig, even though Karen is buckling under the pressure. Desperate to light a fire under them, Joe falls back on an old playbook and tries whipping the team into shape with his signature "military motivation" tactics.
