A satellite loaded with hazardous nuclear material has crash-landed and vanished. Bill and Colin team up with Gina, who’s working undercover, to track it down. Their only lead? A retired arms dealer who knows the black market better than anyone. They’ll have to convince him to come out of hiding and help—before the missing satellite falls into the wrong hands.
