The toads have taken control of Bucky O'Hare's home planet, Warren, and enslaved its inhabitants. Seeking help, Bucky turns to the United Animal Security Council, but they demand concrete proof before offering their support. As Bucky and his team work to collect the necessary evidence, they find themselves ambushed, and in the chaos, their chief engineer Bruce is unexpectedly pulled into a different dimension by a faulty photon accelerator.
