Yeo-reum, a seasoned producer with a decade of experience, finds herself sleepless as her show's ratings continue to plummet. Approaching her 40s, she feels the strain in both her career and her romantic life. Throughout her struggles, her childhood friend, doctor Jae-hoon, is there to support her, even if it means clashing with her at times. When renowned chef John Jang crosses the line with Yeo-reum, Jae-hoon steps in to defend her, pretending to be her boyfriend to ward off the chef's advances.
