An ambulance hurries a four-year-old girl with severe, ongoing seizures to the hospital, but her health worsens during the trip. Meanwhile, a cyclist receives treatment to have his kneecap relocated. Dr. Jason Van Der Velde quickly responds to an accident where a 49-year-old man has been struck in the chest by a horse.
