At the veterinarian's office, Mariah Carey finds herself in a comical mix-up that leads to her monkey, Francois, ending up at the Proud Snax factory. At the same time, Oscar's chimp, Mr. Chips, is living the high life as the beloved pet of a pop star, enjoying all the luxuries that come with fame.
