Following a rocky beginning to their Irish getaway, the women embark on different escapades. Meghan takes Kelly to explore Greystones Village in hopes of finding some long-lost relatives, while Vicki, Tamra, Heather, and Shannon visit a dairy farm to meet some of Ireland's prized cows up close. The two groups come together for dinner, where Kelly awkwardly attempts to patch things up with Tamra. Unfortunately, their truce is short-lived, as old tensions resurface and arguments break out on their way to the airport, leaving their friendship in a more chaotic state than ever.
