A wanted poster goes up for a vicious animal killer — but, as it turns out, things aren’t quite what they appear. Meanwhile, elsewhere in town, a man’s skin starts to itch badly, driving him to make an urgent visit to a pet shop. Before long, a cat ends up getting a bath.
