S19E02 Same Area, Bigger Place

Holly and Steve Hartell—along with their daughter, Nellie, and their dog, Grady—call Del Ray home, a snug and welcoming enclave just outside Alexandria, Virginia. Their cozy 1,200-square-foot two-story starter house, however, is bursting at the seams: there’s barely any storage for Steve’s collection of nine bikes, and Nellie’s play space is practically nonexistent.
