At 33, Matthieu, a Parisian, learns of his estranged father’s death and travels to Quebec for the funeral, hoping to connect with his two siblings. However, upon arriving in Montréal, he quickly discovers that his existence is unknown to the family, leaving him feeling isolated and unwelcome.
