Glory Daze: The Life and Times of Michael Alig

The film plunges into the chaotic, glitter-soaked underground of 1990s New York, where the notorious Club Kids ruled the scene. Through raw, unfiltered interviews, these flamboyant personalities recount their rise to fame, the hedonistic excess, and the dark undercurrents that defined their world. The narrative builds toward the shocking downfall of its central figure, Michael Alig, whose criminal act shattered the fantasy. It concludes with a reflective look at his release from prison, as the surviving members grapple with the legacy of an era that burned bright and faded into infamy.
