Patricia Idlette is an accomplished American actress celebrated for her memorable performances across film and television. She is best recognized for her role as Kiffany in Showtime's acclaimed series *Dead Like Me*. Additionally, Idlette made a notable impact in the science fiction genre with her portrayal of Sarah Porter, a politician, in four episodes of *Battlestar Galactica*. Her versatility shone through in her role as Katherine Jackson, the matriarch of the Jackson family, in the 2004 biographical film *Man in the Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story*. Idlette also appeared as Brenda's mother in the comedic horror film *Scary Movie 3* in 2003.
